Cosgrove Painting Contractors has been delivering painting and decorating work across Hampshire since the late 1990s. Our new build contracts, still the backbone of the business, have given us the scale, discipline and quality systems that smaller decorators simply haven't built.

We're registered with Constructionline at Silver level, giving facilities managers and procurement teams the assurance that our health and safety, financial and business practices have been independently verified.

Our SMAS accreditation confirms we meet the standards required for safe contracting in commercial environments.

For refurbishment projects, we coordinate trusted subcontractors across decoration, tiling, flooring, joinery and certified plumbing and electrical trades. You get a single, joined-up project — not a series of separate contractors to manage yourself.
